A Survey of New Zealand System Development Values

This paper reports on selected results of a survey of New Zealand information systems development processes conducted in mid 1998. The survey generated information on relative importance of different criteria in judging the success of information systems. These results are discussed in relation to broader issues of technical and social distinctions in information systems.
